This timeframe covers finish matching, material preparation, production, coating, curing, quality inspection, and packing. If your requested finish is a non-standard stain, a close color match, or a multi-step protective coating, please allow 6–8 weeks. During peak season or for large orders, the schedule can extend to 8–10 weeks. The finish approval stage usually takes 3–7 business days when we send digital photos or a physical wood sample. Material procurement takes about 5–10 business days. Bench production normally takes 15–25 business days, followed by 5–10 business days for coating and proper curing. Final inspection and packing add 2–3 business days. Shipping time is separate and depends on the destination and freight method.
