Yes—you are welcome to visit our outdoor bench factory before placing an order, and we encourage it. Seeing the production floor in person is the best way to understand how your bench will be made. We receive visitors by appointment so we can assign a knowledgeable team member and keep the workshop running safely.

During your visit, you can follow the main stages of craftsmanship: lumber selection and moisture checks, precision cutting, frame assembly and welding or joinery, surface preparation, finishing, and final quality inspection. You will also see how we pack and protect completed benches for transport. If you are considering custom sizes, profiles, slats, finishes, or hardware, bring your drawings, dimensions, and reference photos. Our team can review feasibility and explain how material choices affect durability, comfort, maintenance, and lead time.

To schedule a tour, contact us with your preferred date, number of visitors, and any specific product models you want to inspect. We usually need a few business days to confirm availability. For safety, visitors should wear closed-toe shoes and follow workshop guidance. Some production areas may be restricted during active machining or finishing.

If travel is difficult, we can also arrange a video walkthrough, share close-up photos of joints and finishes, and send material samples before you decide. For an in-person visit, please let us know in advance so we can prepare relevant samples and have the right production specialist available.
