For an order of a dozen heavy-duty steel benches from our outdoor bench factory, the typical lead time is 20–30 business days after we receive your deposit and approve the final drawings, material specifications, and powder-coat color. This timeline applies to production, not shipping transit.

If you choose a standard heavy-duty steel bench model in a regular powder-coated finish, the lead time can often be shortened to around 15–20 business days, depending on current factory scheduling and material availability. For custom requirements—such as special dimensions, branded logo plates, non-standard colors, armrests, or anchoring details—please allow approximately 25–35 business days.

A dozen benches is a manageable small bulk order for our outdoor bench factory, and we can normally confirm the exact production schedule within 24 hours after receiving your bench model, quantity, finish choice, and delivery destination. The process usually includes order review, steel cutting and welding, surface pretreatment, powder coating, assembly, quality inspection, and protective packing.

To keep your project moving, we recommend approving the final specification sheet early and placing the deposit promptly. Once production begins, we can provide progress updates and packing photos before shipment. Please note that sea freight, air freight, or courier transit time is separate from the production lead time and will depend on your location and shipping method.

For the most accurate lead time for your dozen heavy-duty steel benches, send us the model number, preferred color, any customization details, and your delivery address. We will then confirm the production window and shipping options from our outdoor bench factory.
