A typical custom order follows this schedule: drawing and specification confirmation takes 2–4 business days, depending on how quickly details such as dimensions, materials, colors, logos, and packaging are finalized. Sample production usually takes 7–10 business days after sample approval and deposit. Bulk production normally takes 25–35 calendar days after final drawing approval and bulk deposit. Final quality inspection and packing are generally included within the production window, while shipping transit time is additional and depends on your destination, shipping method, and order volume.

Several factors can affect the exact turnaround time, including bench design complexity, material selection such as teak, aluminum, steel, or HDPE, surface treatment, quantity, hardware requirements, cushion production, custom packaging, and seasonal factory workload.
