Our standard warranty for powder-coated steel trash can options is a three-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers coating defects such as peeling, blistering, cracking, or premature corrosion caused by coating failure when the trash can is installed and maintained under normal indoor or outdoor use according to our care instructions. It does not cover scratches, scuffs, dents, damage from misuse, improper cleaning, abrasive chemicals, salt exposure, or normal wear and tear. For OEM and ODM projects, warranty terms can be customized and will be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. To make a claim, contact our factory with the order number, product batch code, and clear photos of the affected area. After review, we may repair, replace, or provide another suitable solution at our discretion. Proper care, including cleaning with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth, helps preserve the powder-coated finish and supports long-term performance.
