The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, minor color changes, misuse, improper installation, inadequate drainage, chemical exposure, physical impact, unauthorized modifications, or damage from extreme weather events. To make a claim, customers should contact our support team with proof of purchase, product batch information, and clear photos of the affected planter. Our factory will review the claim and, at its discretion, repair or replace the covered product. The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
