For commercial outdoor bench factory orders, we offer a tiered commercial-use warranty designed for high-traffic environments. Coverage typically includes a 5-year limited structural warranty on welded steel or aluminum frames and load-bearing components; a 3-year limited warranty on powder-coated finishes against peeling, blistering, or significant fading under normal conditions; a 1-year warranty on workmanship, hardware, glides, and assembly components; and optional extended coverage for projects requiring longer protection. This warranty applies only when benches are installed, used, and maintained according to our specifications and is issued to the original commercial purchaser.
The warranty is not a blanket guarantee against all damage. Exclusions generally include normal wear and tear, vandalism, misuse, overload, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, chemical damage, abrasive cleaning, and damage from extreme weather, flooding, or salt exposure beyond the specified finish rating. For coastal, heavy-snow, or high-use transit projects, we recommend confirming the appropriate finish and structural specification before ordering, because those choices affect warranty eligibility.
To make a claim, the buyer should provide the factory order number, invoice date, photos of the affected product and issue, installation details, and a brief description of the use environment. Our commercial warranty team reviews the claim and may request an inspection or additional documentation. Approved claims are handled through repair, replacement of the defective part, or credit, at our discretion. Warranty terms, coverage periods, and exclusions are confirmed in the quotation, sales contract, and product specification sheet for each factory order. Buyers should review these documents before production and retain them for the full warranty period. This approach gives commercial buyers clear, documented protection while keeping expectations aligned with the demands of public spaces, hospitality venues, campuses, and other commercial environments.
