For most custom outdoor benches, production begins after deposit and drawing confirmation. Standard lead time is about 15–25 business days. Larger projects, powder-coating color matching, or mixed-container orders can take 20–30 business days. Once production is complete, we book sea freight from the nearest port. Transit to Los Angeles/Long Beach, Oakland, Seattle, or Tacoma generally runs 18–30 days port to port. If your order needs door delivery, add 3–7 business days for customs clearance and local trucking, though peak season can add 5–10 days. That means most West Coast customers receive their benches in about 5–8 weeks from order confirmation, not counting unexpected port congestion. For in-stock or simple models, we can sometimes shorten the total to 2–4 weeks by using expedited booking or a faster vessel. Air freight can arrive in 5–10 days after production, but it is rarely cost-effective for bulky outdoor benches.
