For domestic delivery, we serve all major cities, industrial hubs, and most residential or commercial addresses. Small orders may move by express or less-than-truckload (LTL) freight, while larger orders use full truckload (FTL) or dedicated logistics. Typical domestic transit time after production is about 3–10 business days, depending on distance and appointment scheduling.

For international shipping, yes, we ship worldwide. Common destinations include the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Brazil, Chile, and many other markets. If your country is not listed, it does not mean we cannot ship there. We regularly quote remote or less common destinations, though islands, conflict zones, and areas with special customs restrictions may require extra planning or a higher freight cost.

We can arrange sea freight, air freight, rail freight, and express courier. Sea freight is usually the most cost-effective for large outdoor benches, especially with FCL or LCL. Air freight and express are better for samples, urgent replacements, or lightweight accessories. Rail freight can be efficient for certain inland European or Central Asian destinations. We also support common Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP. If you prefer door-to-door delivery, we can coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, and final-mile carriers.
