Yes—for most of our trash can factory models, replacement lids are sold separately. You usually do not have to buy a whole new unit just because the lid is cracked, warped, missing, or damaged at the hinge. We keep spare lids and lid-related components for many current and recently discontinued factory models, including standard flat lids, swing lids, pedal-operated lid assemblies, locking lids, and sensor lid modules where applicable.

The key is matching the lid to the exact model and hinge configuration. Trash can factory models can look similar but use different hinge pins, mounting brackets, dampers, or lid thicknesses. To confirm availability, send us your model number, serial or batch code, photos of the full bin and the hinge area, and basic measurements such as lid width, depth, and hinge distance. If you have a purchase order or previous invoice, that also helps us identify the correct version quickly.

If the model is still in production, ordering a replacement lid is straightforward. We can supply a single lid for maintenance or bulk lids for distributors, facility managers, and OEM partners. Stock colors such as black, gray, and white often have low minimum order quantities. Custom colors may require a higher MOQ because the lid is produced in a batch. For warranty claims, we will review the defect and model date. If the issue is a manufacturing fault, the replacement lid may be covered; if the damage is from misuse, normal spare-part pricing applies.

In rare cases, a replacement lid may not be the best option. If the mold has been retired, if the hinge base is also broken, or if the lid design has changed completely, we may recommend a compatible retrofit lid or, in some situations, a new unit. We will always tell you which option is more practical and cost-effective rather than pushing a full replacement unnecessarily.
