Yes. Our outdoor bench factory uses recycled materials and can manufacture benches from sustainable wood. We understand that buyers increasingly need products that meet environmental goals without sacrificing strength, comfort, or design flexibility.
On the recycled side, we work with recycled HDPE plastic, recycled composite lumber, reclaimed timber, and recycled aluminum components. These materials are sorted, cleaned, and processed into durable bench slats, frames, and supports. Recycled plastic lumber is ideal for wet, coastal, or high-use environments because it resists rot, insects, moisture, and UV damage. It can be colored and textured to resemble wood, and it never needs staining or sealing.
For sustainable wood benches, we source FSC-certified or similarly verified teak, acacia, eucalyptus, robinia, and bamboo. We can also use reclaimed wood from old buildings, boats, or furniture when you want a story-driven look. Our team selects timber based on density, grain, weather resistance, and intended use. Benches can be finished with water-based, low-VOC oils or UV-resistant coatings to protect the wood and reduce maintenance.
We can produce fully recycled benches, fully sustainable wood benches, or hybrid designs that combine recycled metal or plastic frames with sustainable wood slats. Custom options include dimensions, slat profiles, armrests, backrests, powder-coated colors, logos, and hardware. Packaging can also use recycled cardboard and plastic-free protections.
If you need documentation for green building projects or retail programs, we can discuss material certificates, recycled content information, and chain-of-custody records where available. Our goal is to help you offer outdoor benches that look good, last longer, and support a more circular approach. Send us your drawings, target quantity, and preferred material direction, and we will recommend the most suitable eco-friendly bench solution for your market.
