Custom color orders from our planter box factory are not always exactly the same as standard orders. In most cases, you should expect a slightly longer lead time, but the difference is often manageable. If your chosen color is an existing RAL, Pantone, or a powder/stain we already stock, production can sometimes stay within 2–5 working days of our standard schedule. A true custom color match, however, usually adds 5–15 working days because it requires lab matching, a sample panel, your approval, and a dedicated coating batch.

Our typical standard lead time is about 15–20 working days after deposit, drawing confirmation, and finish approval. Custom color orders normally run about 20–30 working days. Full custom matching, low-MOQ runs, or complex finishes can take 25–35 working days. In peak season, add 5–10 working days for powder procurement, coating line scheduling, and curing. Shipping time is separate.

The main factors are color approval, powder or stain availability, order quantity, surface finish, and factory workload. In short: custom color is usually close to standard, but not identical—especially for a brand-new color match.
