Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the invoice date. This includes defective hinges, handles, lid mechanisms, seams, and base moldings under normal use. For outdoor bins made from UV-stabilized HDPE, powder-coated steel, or galvanized steel with a UV-resistant finish, we offer a three-year UV performance warranty. This covers excessive fading, chalking, or surface breakdown caused by UV exposure when the bin is installed and maintained according to our guidelines. For structural integrity, selected heavy-duty outdoor models carry a five-year limited warranty on the body, base, and lid against cracking or breakage under normal commercial use. If the bin is exposed to direct sun all day, we recommend our UV-stabilized resin or dual-layer coated steel models to qualify for the strongest coverage.
However, no warranty can cover every situation. Our warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, vandalism, fire, chemicals, extreme heat, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Color fading that remains within acceptable industry tolerances is not considered a defect. To keep your warranty valid, follow the installation instructions, avoid overloading, clean with mild soap and water, and do not drill or cut the bin unless approved by our factory.
To make a claim, contact our support team with photos of the affected area, the product batch or serial number, and proof of purchase. We will review the claim and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a credit for the defective part or product. For large projects with all-day sun exposure, we can provide a written warranty statement and test reports for UV performance.
