The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a custom-size outdoor bench from our factory is generally 20 units per model, material, and finish. For simpler designs, standard frame profiles, popular powder-coat colors, or trial orders, we can often review a lower MOQ starting from 10 units. More complex custom sizes—especially those involving new tooling, special material combinations, reinforced structures, or exact color matching—may require 30 units or more.

Custom-size benches are not priced or scheduled in exactly the same way as standard catalog items. The final MOQ depends on the bench style, frame material, slat or seat material, surface treatment, packaging method, and whether the request is a size adjustment to an existing design or a completely new development. A custom length on a proven metal bench frame is usually easier to support than a fully new curved or modular bench design.

For project buyers, contractors, and distributors, we recommend sending a simple drawing or reference image with the required dimensions, target quantity, material preference, finish color, and delivery country. Our team can then confirm the most practical MOQ, sample options, lead time, and packing solution. If you are testing a new market, we can also discuss a small trial order so you can check quality, installation, and customer response before placing a larger production order.

In short, the typical starting MOQ for a custom-size outdoor bench from our factory is around 10–20 units for straightforward designs, while more customized projects may require 30 units or more. The exact figure is confirmed after reviewing your specifications, because the goal is to keep quality stable, control production costs, and offer a realistic lead time for your project.
