Yes—on selected planter box lines, our factory can offer a conditional guarantee against rot for greenhouse use, but it is not an unconditional promise for every material or every growing environment. Greenhouses create warm, humid, and sometimes poorly ventilated conditions that can accelerate moisture exposure, so rot coverage depends on the planter material, construction method, drainage design, and how the boxes are installed and maintained.
For greenhouse applications, we recommend moisture-resistant options such as HDPE, composite, thermally treated wood, or properly treated rot-resistant timber. Our standard warranty generally covers manufacturing defects, while rot-related claims may require the use of approved materials, raised drainage, adequate airflow, clean water management, and adherence to our installation guidelines. Standing water, blocked drainage, direct soil contact, and poor ventilation can reduce or void rot coverage.
If you plan to use our planter boxes in a greenhouse, please confirm the exact product model and intended growing conditions with our sales team before ordering. For qualifying products, we can provide written warranty terms that explain coverage limits, maintenance requirements, and claim procedures. This approach protects both your greenhouse project and the long-term performance of the planter boxes.
